Terms of Service:

1. Anyone who buys and publishes text (or image) successfully will have their own text (or image) and link published by Sponks Web site.
2. The minimum purchase is 5 characters or an image-14x14 pixels, the maximum purchase is 50 characters or an image-88x88 pixels.
3. You can publish a text from 1 to 50 characters. Even if the length of your text is smaller than 5 you have to pay 5 characters (once again: the minimum purchase is 5 characters).
4. The purchased text or image will appear on Sponks Web site in order of size from the largest to smallest, from left to right, from left-upper corner to right-lower corner.
5. The position of your text or image is NOT fixed on a page. It depends on size and length of your text or on size of your image. It also depends on purchase time, i.e. if someone else pays for a text with same size AND length or for an image with same size first, you will be after him according to the above-mentioned order.
6. Links must begin with 'http://' or 'https://' (eg. http://www.sponks.com).
7. The smaller character (font-size: 8 px) has a price of $1 USD.
8. The smaller image (14x14 pixels) has a price of $23 USD.
9. When you 'buy' your size (text or image), you will not actually own any part of the Sponks Web site. According to the terms, what you have is the right to submit a text (or an image) and link (optionally a title), which will then be published on Sponks Web site.
10. I guarantee your link will stay online for a minimum of 5 years (starting from the day it launched: March 16, 2009), according to these terms and conditions. But after this period, I could exercise free will. Anyway I hope this site will be on internet for longer.
11. You cannot change the text (or image) or link (or anything else) once you have submitted it. You can be sure that the text (or the image) and link you want on a Sponks page will remain there for at least 5 years (starting from the day it launched). Strong reasons that can be documented (eg. legal reasons, website theme is changed, you lose ownership over domain etc.) are the only permitted reasons allowed one-time changes.
12. If you, for whatever reason, in the future want your text (or image) and link to be removed from the Sponks Web site, you may do so, but you will not get a refund and the position will become available again.
13. No warez, obscene, offensive, porn texts/images or any kind of illegal links will be accepted and I decide what is appropriate for this site. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to warez, obscene, offensive, porn texts/images, or any kind of illegal links, your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link's downtime.
14. Images must be square and in PNG or JPEG format.
15. The Text must be the exact size and length you have paid for (eg. 6$ for text 'MySite' with font-size 8px).
16. The image must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 23$ for 14x14 pixels image) and must be in reasonable file size (KB).
17. Images can not be animated.
18. You must have full legal rights to provide the text (or image) and link for the website you submit.
19. Some downtime for site maintenance can happen from time to time, I'll try and keep these to a minimum.
20. If your text (or image) and link are accepted and published on the Sponks Web site, you cannot get a refund.
21. If your YouTube video linked from your text (or image) will be removed or deleted for any reason, you cannot get a refund.
22. If the Facebook, Orkut, Linkedin, iPhone, Flickr, YouTube or Twitter page linked from your text (or image) video linked from your text (or image) will be removed or deleted for any reason, you cannot get a refund.
23. Once you have ordered, paid, and approved a text (or image) and link, they will be made visible online within two business days (but please have patience if there will be many orders at the same time).
24. Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your text (or image) go live on a Sponks page.
25. All above-mentioned conditions apply equally to text (or image) published for free.
26. Moreover, text (or image) published for free can be removed from the homepage at any time without notice.
